- All orders must be placed by 3pm EST / 12pm PST to ship the same day.
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking email. - Orders placed on Friday will ship the following Monday.
If you want your order to be delivered on Saturday, you must place your order by Friday, 3pm ET/12pm PT and select Saturday Delivery at checkout (premium charge). - Requests for specific shipment dates CANNOT be accommodated.
- All perishable items are shipped Priority Overnight (fresh truffles, caviar, butter, frozen products).
- All other items are shipped Ground. Allow 5-7 business days for delivery.
- Delivery times vary between 8am-8pm local time and may be impacted by inclement weather or National holidays.
- Orders placed for Pick Up will need to be pick up within 48 hours

For holiday orders, please consider the follow delivery dates:
- For Urbani Truffle, Urbani Caviar and Urbani Truffle Butter
- Orders placed on Thursday, December 19th will arrive Friday, December 20th with overnight delivery
- Orders placed Friday, December 20th by 3pm will arrive Saturday, December 21st, delivery with overnight Saturday Delivery
- Orders placed on Monday, December 23rd for arrival on December 24th. Please note: Christmas Eve delivery is not guaranteed, subject to Fedex delivery.

- FEDEX NEXT DAY Delivery (shipped out from Monday to Thursday): If you place an order after 12pm (EST) on Thursday, your order will be shipped out next Monday.
- FEDEX SATURDAY Delivery: Ships only on Friday.
