As expected following an experience in Italia 😊
Worth every dollar. Due to weather I wasn’t able to grill outside. I will be ordering again and putting in the freezer to save for better weather. Delicious.
Wonderful flavor, quality and with prompt, exceptional delivery. Very satisfied.
This chip is so good and luxurious.
You can smell the good quality truffle and the texture of the chip is amazing!
highly recommended!
Ill start off by saying, im much more of a fan of white truffles... that being said, this stuff is great! Its warm and earthy, with a little taste of the underlying obviously high quality olive oil.
Received a greater quantity than I expected, plus truffle butter. We basically made plain vesuvio pasta and added fresh Parmesan and sliced white truffles. I was a little underwhelmed by the flavor, the dish I had in Praiano was much richer. The truffle butter however, nails the flavor I remember.
The truffle flavor in the burrata is perfectly balanced: gently nuanced and soulful. My only quibble is a small one: The skin of the cheese could be a little more delicate.
If you like truffle, you can sauté this with anything you want
Best with apples nuts and grapes we love the texture
Great product and customer service!
We love shopping at Urbani for all of our truffle needs! We've been multiple times in person and online and have always come away happy with our delicious truffle purchase. They make it super easy and our truffles are always shipped immediately and arrive perfect with the next day shipping and their care in packaging it to make it to us. Such a great treat and awesome experience with Urbani!
Delicious! Melt it in heavy cream and add to mashed potatoes. The white truffle butter is just as delicious, not as pungent. Turns an ordinary dish into extraordinary.
Took 2 oz to Las Vegas last weekend and shaved them at our table on lobster rolls, Mac and cheese, deviled eggs, mashed potatoes, steaks and mushrooms. Our favorite sushi bar actually took one in the back for us and used them in two of the courses we had! Mostly we shaved our own at the table and our servers always said what a great idea. Last night we grated the leftover bits in a simple pasta water/starch butter pecorino basil dish that was incredibly simple and sublime. Recently been seeing AI generated ads for “California farm raised truffles” and whenever I see them I leave a comment that these products are a scam and if they want the real thing, Urbani is the only place in the US that provides consistent high quality products at a fair price.
Planning on getting more when the winter ones arrive, and some caviar for the new year.
Thank you!
Love your dried mushrooms, o have bought many of them over the years-great service and products ❤️
Hi Dorothy, we're thrilled to hear you love our dried mushrooms! Thank you for your continued support and kind words. We look forward to serving you for many more years!
The original arrival was not as fragrant/flavorful as I expected. After reading my reaction, Urbani graciously replaced the truffle after inquiring when it would be convienent for me. The replacement arrived on time and beatifully packaged with a perfect replacement. First class treatment.
Hi Nick, thank you for sharing your experience. We're glad we could make it right and that you're happy with the replacement. We appreciate your kind words and look forward to serving you again!
The best dried porcini I have ever found outside of Italy. This is the second time I buy this product from Urbani Truffles; they’re always in stock and they ship super fast. Thank you, guys, for outstanding quality and service.
Hi Elina, thank you so much for your kind words! We're thrilled to hear you enjoyed our dried porcini mushrooms and appreciate your repeat business. Looking forward to serving you again soon!
No flavor, no aroma 😔
Hi Lucas, we're sorry to hear you didn't enjoy the truffles. Our customer service team has sent you an email with further information regarding issuing a replacement picked with care by our in-house truffle expert. Thank you, and we hope to work towards a satisfying resolution.
The product is fine.
Urbani advertised a 30% off sale on “everything” and there was no discount after checking out. They responded “truffles are not included”. I replied “your email states ‘on your favorite truffles’” and a bold icon saying “30% of your entire cart”. They said “only Burgundy truffles”. A lot of bait and switch in this transaction. I’ve had great experiences up until now.
