I got this carpaccio to use for a recipe that called for fresh truffle slices as a garnish on pasta. I substituted these slices and they were fantastic. Fresh might have been fancier, but these were as tasty and far easier. Home chef!

We were on a two week vacation without truffles. I ordered them just before we left to go home and it was a wonderful homecoming. We could not bring them with as we were flying to another country.

I am enjoying my Truffle nuts! They r delious! This is my second order & am sure I will order again & again!!!

The caviar was given as a gift and greatly appreciated by the recipient. (note - makes a great gift!)

The order was to include dried porcini but it was not included Someone should have emailed me to tell me that it was not shipped.

These had almost no taste or smell at all. Very strange and disappointing.

I was very disappointed, we received our truffles and tried them the next day. There was no flavor to them. Instead of that great truffle smell, these had an almost mold smell to them.

Prepping dinner with lovely Urbani black truffles and homemade duck egg fettucine, YUM!! The kitchen smells of truffle.

Main problem was with FedEx I assume. The delivery showed up much later than expected
Or paid for. It was already thawed and I didnt realize until I took it out 3 hours later to make dinner that they were frozen together into a mess. Then I saw the note online about once they’re thawed they must be used. So I know I just wasted some money… May try again later but this was frustrating albeit not directly the fault of Urbani! Will try truffles when next whites are in stock :)

Every time I order this it’s worse and worse. Now barely smells of truffle, and hardly any truffle flavor at all. Very disappointing.

Love, love, love 💗 You get this umami scent as soon as you open the jar. Delicious on eggs (fresh!), popcorn, etc.
