As with our past order from Urbana, the Alba White truffles were spectacular, the amount was generous (1.75 oz rather than 1.5), and Brianna and colleagues bent over backward to accommodate our timing. We’re already looking forward to next year!
I’ve enjoyed the Black Truffle Almonds for years. I discovered them in one of my favorite specialty grocery stores. Sometimes the store is out of them…so I now order them directly from Urbani, ensuring that I always have a supply on hand.
It’s amazing! Be careful, it’s perfectly sharp & I did scrape my thumb using it, now I’m savvy! I love this tool, very well made, study and easy to adjust the blade for variable thickness of cutting!
**A Birthday Treat to Remember**
I'm absolutely delighted with my recent purchase of the Burgundy truffles! The moment I unwrapped them, I was impressed by the secure packaging - the ice packs were a lovely touch, and it was clear that the seller had taken great care to ensure my truffles arrived fresh.
But the real star of the show was the truffles themselves. Oh, they were divine! The aroma was intoxicating, and the flavor was nothing short of decadent. I detected notes of Woody, nutty, and earthy undertones - it was like a symphony of flavors on my palate.
I'd been eyeing these truffles for a while, and I decided to treat myself on my birthday. I'm so glad I did - it was a truly indulgent experience, and I didn't regret it for a second. If you're a truffle lover like me, I highly recommend giving these a try.
My winter black truffles arrived in just a matter of a few days in perfect condition! They taste wonderful, & I enjoy cooking with them in my favorite sauces as well as using them as an added topping.

So fresh and delicious with scrambled eggs and pasta. Priced very fairly. Packaged and delivered perfectly.
4 oz of beautiful truffles (2 total). Arrived in perfect condition. We stored one in a jar of Arborio rice for risotto; the other we placed in a container with eggs. Both are perfumed with truffle essence in less than 24 hours. Over two days we made a variety of truffle accompanied meals. The truffles are of excellent quality, reasonably priced and delivered in pristine condition.
Really enjoy this product. There a many different uses from pasta to mashed potatoes. I also put it under the skin of a chicken before I roast it. Looking forward to many more uses.
Made some homemade pappardelle in butter sauce with shaved truffles from Urbani. Doesn’t get much better.
I have been ordering truffles through urbani’s for a while. My orders have always arrived in perfect condition. This last time I had a problem with a couple of the truffles in the order. It’s the first time this has happened. I reached out to the customer service team to explain that a couple of the truffles were not to the normal standard that I expect. They immediately responded and I explained that a couple of the truffles were soft within a day after they arrived. They once again got back to me with a couple resolutions. They would either refund a portion of the cost or replace the truffles. Since I was getting ready to travel I choose a refund and would order more when we returned. My entire family has always enjoyed the many options available at urbani and now appreciate the excellent customer service as well. I have been in the food business for years and know how important this is. That’s why I wanted to share this experience with everyone.
