This was a truffle that kept on giving. Perfectiy fresh, fragrant and delicious shaved on creamy mashed potatoes, scrambled eggs, filet mignon….

These are a snack treat when hosting company. The truffle flavor is the best we have found.

These dried porcini are super delicious. They add umami and great depth of flavor to soups, stews, and sauces. I’ve bought them twice and will buy them again. I would love to know where they come from.
