BY PURCHASING, USING, OR ACCEPTING A GIFT CARD, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE GIFT CARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS (“Gift Card T&Cs”).

THESE GIFT CARD T&Cs CONTAIN IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS, INCLUDING A BINDING ARBITRATION AGREEMENT, A WAIVER OF CLASS ACTION RIGHTS, AND A WAIVER OF YOUR RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL.

IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS, DO NOT PURCHASE, USE, OR ACCEPT A GIFT CARD.

1. Issuer

These Gift Card T&Cs govern the use of gift cards issued by Urbani Truffles USA Corporation (“Urbani USA”), including digital gift cards purchased online through www.urbani.com (“E-Gift Cards”).

2. Redemption

Gift Cards may only be redeemed for eligible products sold by Urbani USA in the United States, either online at www.urbani.com or at participating Urbani USA retail locations.

Gift Cards:

• Are redeemable only up to the available balance
  

• Are not redeemable for cash except as required by applicable law
  

• Cannot be used to purchase other gift cards, third-party gift cards, prepaid cards, or financial products
  

Eligible products are subject to change at Urbani USA’s sole discretion.

3. Restrictions

Gift Cards may not be:

• Resold
  

• Transferred for consideration
  

• Reloaded
  

• Used as payment to third parties
  

• Redeemed for more than the card’s face value
  

• Used for advertising or promotional purposes without prior written consent from Urbani USA
  
  

Gift Cards may be transferred to another person only as a gift and without consideration.

4. Delivery and Activation

Gift Cards are delivered by email and have no value until activated.

In the event of a disputed charge, chargeback, bounced check, or other payment failure, the Gift Card will not be honored.

5. Deactivation, Suspension, and Fraud

Urbani USA reserves the right to suspend or void any Gift Card, without notice and without refund, if it reasonably believes the Gift Card was obtained or used fraudulently, unlawfully, or in violation of these Gift Card T&Cs.

The resale of Gift Cards without Urbani USA’s prior written consent is strictly prohibited. Gift Cards purchased from unauthorized resellers may be voided at any time.

6. Validity and Fees

Gift Cards are valid for five (5) years from the date of purchase.

No inactivity fees, maintenance fees, or service fees apply during the validity period.

Any unused balance remaining after the expiration date will no longer be redeemable, except where prohibited by law.

7. Balance Inquiries

To check your Gift Card balance, contact help@urbani.com.
 Reported balances are estimates and may be subject to processing delays.

8. Lost or Stolen Gift Cards

Gift Cards will not be replaced or refunded if lost, stolen, damaged, destroyed, or used without authorization. Risk of loss passes to the purchaser upon delivery.

9. Refunds and Returns

Gift Cards are non-refundable and cannot be returned or redeemed for cash, except where required by applicable law.

Returns of merchandise purchased with a Gift Card will result in the issuance of a new Gift Card equal to the refunded amount.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gift Cards are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

11. Limitation of Liability

Urbani USA’s total liability related to any Gift Card shall not exceed the remaining balance on the Gift Card. Urbani USA shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Certain state laws may not allow limitations on implied warranties or liability. In such cases, these limitations apply to the maximum extent permitted by law.

12. Changes to Terms

Urbani USA may modify these Gift Card T&Cs at any time by posting updated terms on its website. Continued use of a Gift Card constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

13. Governing Law and Arbitration

These Gift Card T&Cs are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Except for claims eligible for small claims court, all disputes shall be resolved through binding individual arbitration, and class actions are not permitted. Both parties waive the right to a jury trial.

Overnight Orders (Perishable & Non-Perishable)

To ship your order the same day, select Overnight Shipping at checkout and place your order by 3 PM EST / 12 PM PST.
Orders placed after that time will ship the next business day.

Friday Orders

Orders placed on Friday by 3 PM EST / 12 PM PST will ship the same day only if “Saturday Delivery” is selected at checkout (premium fee applies).
All other Friday orders will ship the next business day (Monday).
