A white truffle (truffle) has a light hint of garlic, and when you combine that fabulous garlic flavor with white chocolate, well, you have to try it yourself . I think these are absolutely wonderful!!

I respectfully suggest that The first time you try these, well, you might want to have someone video you, because your reaction may pleasantly surprise you…in a wonderful way.

Simmered with some rotisserie chicken meat served over rice

Makes a great snack. I also chopped some up and stirred into cooked rice. Delish’

Drizzled over pan seared salmon. Perfect combination of sweet and savory

Full disclosure, I placed a fresh truffle order large enough to be sent a set of these, White, Black and Porcini for free. Smart move, I won't think twice about ordering these again. They are the perfect pantry item, guests coming... spoon some on goat cheese, top some bruschetta, stir into a dip for veggies. Family wants pasta quick, here's your sauce. Liven up mayo for fries or on a burger. These are quick, easy, versatile and delicious.

Excellent quality dried morels. I have been buying dried mushrooms around town for a while and I am yet to find Urbani’s equal. They are beautiful and just the product I need to train for ACF Nationals. If you are in the market for quality, there is no company that matches the products that Olivia, Chef Matt, and Vittorio offer. I use them in my professional kitchens and in my personal kitchen at home. Keep the good stuff coming for those of us with boots on the ground!!!

Quite possibly the best burger I’ve ever had.

The truffle burrata was delivered overnight and was absolutely delicious, as has been every product I've ever ordered from Urbani.
