Ordered a truffle and oil. To our delight, they sent an upgraded truffle since they had ran out of what we ordered. They did not cancel our order or try to up sell us. They just did what was right and sent it and the products were excellent. They certainly earned my future business and referrals.

The truffles arrived cold shipped in perfect condition. Used one on scrambled eggs and they were perfect. Now storing them in aborio rice.
