Collection: Fresh Truffles

So far I just made risotto with it. Full of nice flavor, aroma, and color. I was pleased with the lack of sand, grit, and other material (don't assume it's zero). There seems to be a natural mix of stems and caps. I was pleased to find a good source; my local Italian food store had a package that was pricey and just awful.

Being able to enjoy fresh truffles at home is such a treat! Before I could even open the package, the incredible aroma of truffles had already filled the room. They arrived perfectly fresh, and I’ve been shaving them over just about every meal possible. One morning, I added them to scrambled eggs with chives. That evening, I shaved them over burgers with brie, arugula, and garlicky mushrooms. Very little amount is needed.

If you love truffles, having fresh ones at home is a truly special experience.

Awesome, the heart shaped truffle was over the top my guests loved it as did I! Truffles packaged well, only thing was i had to consult AI for storing instructions would be nice to have them included.
