Our loyalty program is open to everyone. Points are earned automatically with every purchase. To view your balance, access rewards, and redeem points, simply create an account using the same email address used for your orders.

You'll receive 100 welcome points after placing your first order. From there, you can earn additional points by purchasing Urbani products, referring friends, following us on social media, leaving product reviews, and more. You’ll also get points on your birthday!

Points are valid for 12 months from the date they are earned. Once points are redeemed for a reward voucher, the voucher remains valid for an additional 12 months from the date of redemption. We recommend redeeming your points before they expire to ensure you can continue enjoying your rewards.

Your current points balance is displayed in your account. For a detailed history of points earned, points redeemed, and loyalty program activity, click on “Reward History.”

All points earned from the purchase will be deducted from your account.

To redeem your points, log in to your account and click on “Redeem Points.” You will see all available rewards and the number of points required for each. If you have enough points, you can redeem them directly from that page and copy the voucher discount code. The voucher code will also be sent to you by email and can be found at any time in your “Reward History.”

Reward vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date they are redeemed and are subject to the following minimum purchase requirements:

• $10 Reward: $40 minimum purchase
• $20 Reward: $50 minimum purchase
• $50 Reward: $75 minimum purchase
• $100 Reward: $150 minimum purchase

The 20% referral discount for new customers is valid for 30 days from the date of issue and requires a minimum purchase of $50.

Note that it may take up to 24 hours for points to appear in your account.
