Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking email. - Orders placed on Friday will ship the following Monday.
If you want your order to be delivered on Saturday, you must place your order by Friday, 3pm ET/12pm PT and select Saturday Delivery at checkout (premium charge). - Requests for specific shipment dates CANNOT be accommodated.
- All perishable items are shipped Priority Overnight (fresh truffles, caviar, butter, frozen products).
- All other items are shipped Ground. Allow 5-7 business days for delivery.
- Delivery times vary between 8am-8pm local time and may be impacted by inclement weather or National holidays.
- Orders placed for Pick Up will need to be pick up within 48 hours

- December 31st: Half-day (no shipping Fedex Next day available ). Pickups until 12PM
- January 1st–3rd: Closed for inventory (no shipping, deliveries or pickups during this period).
- January 6th: Regular operations resume.
