Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking email. - Orders placed on Friday will ship the following Monday.
If you want your order to be delivered on Saturday, you must place your order by Friday, 3pm ET/12pm PT and select Saturday Delivery at checkout (premium charge). - Requests for specific shipment dates CANNOT be accommodated.
- All perishable items are shipped Priority Overnight (fresh truffles, caviar, butter, frozen products).
- All other items are shipped Ground. Allow 5-7 business days for delivery.
- Delivery times vary between 8am-8pm local time and may be impacted by inclement weather or National holidays.
- Orders placed for Pick Up will need to be pick up within 48 hours

- December 31st: Half-day (no shipping Fedex Next day available ). Pickups until 12PM
- January 1st–3rd: Closed for inventory (no shipping, deliveries or pickups during this period).
- January 6th: Regular operations resume.
- Friday, December 23rd by 3pm EST is the last day to order before the holidays with Saturday overnight shipping

BLACK TRUFFLE SAUCE
This is an exact reproduction of the most ancient black truffle recipe in the world, the renowned sauce made only with prized black winter truffles and extra virgin olive oil, a way to eat truffles that takes us back to the origins of a faraway past when this food was much more uncommon and unattainable than it is today. It is perfect as it is, ready to make entrees, canapes, scrambled eggs, pasta, and excellent on fish and meat, as well.
WHITE TRUFFLE CREAM
We wanted to create an Alba White Truffles cream following the best traditions from Piedmont. White truffles are the most precious and their aroma is very enticing. The match with cheese offered in this sauce, which is suitable for any food, entree, first course and grilled or boiled second course, brings out its uniqueness in an incredible way.
