- All orders must be placed by 3pm EST / 12pm PST to ship the same day.
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking email. - Orders placed on Friday will ship the following Monday.
If you want your order to be delivered on Saturday, you must place your order by Friday, 3pm ET/12pm PT and select Saturday Delivery at checkout (premium charge). - Requests for specific shipment dates CANNOT be accommodated.
- All perishable items are shipped Priority Overnight (fresh truffles, caviar, butter, frozen products).
- All other items are shipped Ground. Allow 5-7 business days for delivery.
- Delivery times vary between 8am-8pm local time and may be impacted by inclement weather or National holidays.
- Orders placed for Pick Up will need to be pick up within 48 hours

Our Royal Osetra caviar features dark brown, unctuous eggs with a pronounced brine and old-world flavor. Sustainably sourced, this version of the legendary caviar offers the distinctions of its wild counterpart without any guilt.
It boasts a rich and creamy mouthfeel, with notes of pear, butter, and hazelnut, culminating in a bright and refreshing finish.
For a classic combination, serve it with blinis and a dollop of crème fraîche, topped with a sprinkle of chives. It also complements the subtle richness of buttered toast points, especially when accompanied by a glass of chilled champagne or a crisp, dry white wine like Chablis. For a more indulgent experience, pair the caviar with lightly scrambled eggs or boiled potatoes, both of which provide a creamy, neutral base that allows the caviar's rich, briny flavors to shine.
Care instructions: as soon as you receive your caviar, place your caviar tin on bed of ice mixed with salt (in a bowl or tray) and refrigerate in the bottom drawer of your refrigerator at temperatures 28°-34°F. Consume within 48 hours for optimal freshness. Avoid using metallic spoons as they can impart an unpleasant metallic taste to the roe.
