Shipping Info & Operating Hours
- All orders must be placed by 3pm EST / 12pm PST to ship the same day.
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking email. - Orders placed on Friday will ship the following Monday.
If you want your order to be delivered on Saturday, you must place your order by Friday, 3pm ET/12pm PT and select Saturday Delivery at checkout (premium charge). - Requests for specific shipment dates CANNOT be accommodated.
- All perishable items are shipped Priority Overnight (fresh truffles, caviar, butter, frozen products).
- All other items are shipped Ground. Allow 5-7 business days for delivery.
- Delivery times vary between 8am-8pm local time and may be impacted by inclement weather or National holidays.
- Orders placed for Pick Up will need to be pick up within 48 hours

For holiday orders, please consider the follow delivery dates:
- December 24th: Open until 3 PM (no shipping Fedex next Day available ). Pickups until 12Pm
- December 25th: Closed.
- December 26th, 27th, 30th: Open as usual.
- December 31st: Half-day (no shipping Fedex Next day available ). Pickups until 12PM
- January 1st–3rd: Closed for inventory (no shipping, deliveries or pickups during this period).
- January 6th: Regular operations resume.
- Friday, December 23rd by 3pm EST is the last day to order before the holidays with Saturday overnight shipping
- New York in- store pick ups available December 24th until 12:00pm EST

All fresh butter orders placed before 12pm EST will be shipped out the same day, please check the following options:
- FEDEX NEXT DAY Delivery (shipped out from Monday to Thursday): If you place an order after 12pm (EST) on Thursday, your order will be shipped out next Monday.
- FEDEX SATURDAY Delivery: Ships only on Friday.
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
