Our Siberian Sturgeon caviar (Acipenser baerii) features small-sized, glossy beads in shades of light to dark grey. With a crisp, nutty flavor and a slightly salty, buttery aftertaste, this caviar offers a truly satisfying experience.
Farmed sustainably, it boasts a clean finish and a beautiful soft texture. Perfect for pairing with fresh oysters and a glass of brut or enjoyed with Sparkling Rosé, Blanc de Noir, Sanceré, and Porter, this versatile caviar is sure to enhance any culinary creation.
Care instructions: as soon as you receive your caviar, place your caviar tin on bed of ice mixed with salt (in a bowl or tray) and refrigerate in the bottom drawer of your refrigerator at temperatures 28°-34°F. Consume within 48 hours for optimal freshness. Avoid using metallic spoons as they can impart an unpleasant metallic taste to the roe.
Planning your next special occasion? Our recommended serving size is 1 oz per person.
We ship overnight in an insulated box, freshness guaranteed.
We are an environmentally conscious company committed to sustainability, using only farm-raised sturgeon. Our rigorous standards surpass the requirements set by CITES, the US Fish & Wildlife Service, and the FDA.

Similar to our storage recommendations, caviar should be served over a bed of ice to ensure the coldest possible temperature.
Caviar can be consumed as is or in combination with a food of your choice that does not expose it to extensive heat.
Opening a caviar tin requires care and precision:
- Ensure hands and the tin are clean and dry.
- Use a caviar key or butter knife to gently insert and twist along the lid's seam.
- Lift the lid carefully to avoid spills
- Serve immediately and keep chilled until served.
To guarantee the utmost freshness of your caviar, we ship all perishable items in insulated packaging with ice packs. Our specialized packaging is meticulously designed to uphold peak freshness during transit.
