We received our Truffels and I made Truffle Fettuccini and it was FABULOUS...
The next evening i made Black Truffle Risotto with very slightly lemon honey Salmon.. FANTASTIC.....
If you are on the fence about trying the Black Truffle , "jump" into the pot.. Its worth it and YOU Deserve

It was not my first time buying those from Urbani Truffles. The quality of the Italian porcini mushrooms is very high and the price is quite good.

Great stuff which allowed me to cook the best mushroom Mac & Cheese ever!

It’s been a long time since I was able to cook with a fresh truffle, and I wasn’t sure it would be as special as I remembered it. I shouldn’t have waited so long! The truffles and truffle butter I received from Urbani were of excellent quality, and were the special ingredients in a filet mignon dinner, egg dishes the next morning, and truffle burgers the next night. I was reminded that the person who gets to cook with truffles has the best part of the whole experience!

I’ve served two “pasta with truffles” dinners this winter. The pasta was sprinkled with bountiful shavings of aromatic Urbani black winter truffles atop. Myguests were delighted by the intense flavor and freshness of the dish. I’ve been an Urbani customer for over ten years. They are professional, courteous, and sell an amazing product.

I couldn't have been happier with how quickly the truffles arrived- 24 hrs spot on-, how carefully they were packaged, and the quality of the truffles themselves when I received them. Is it like getting eating a truffle in Bordeaux hours after it was dug up-no. But considering that I got the things in the mail in New Orleans the day after I ordered them on the internet I was quite pleased, and so was by girlfriend! Great job.

The truffle juice had a very pleasing flavor of truffle/mushroom which greatly added dimension to a sauce. It has none of the artificial truffle flavor associated with some truffle oils.

I had an issue with the first batch of truffles but Urbani team quickly resolved and proved they truly offer great customer service!
