Shipping Info & Operating Hours

All orders must be placed by 3pm EST / 12pm PST to ship the same day.
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking email.

Orders placed on Friday will ship the following Monday.
If you want your order to be delivered on Saturday, you must place your order by Friday, 3pm ET/12pm PT and select Saturday Delivery at checkout (premium charge).

Requests for specific shipment dates CANNOT be accommodated.
All perishable items are shipped Priority Overnight (fresh truffles, caviar, butter, frozen products).
All other items are shipped Ground. Allow 5-7 business days for delivery.
Delivery times vary between 8am-8pm local time and may be impacted by inclement weather or National holidays.
Orders placed for Pick Up will need to be pick up within 48 hours
