An excellent caviar if lacking a little of the sophistication and energy of a top tier beluga. Although I only use crème Fraiche with caviar, the caviar had trouble competing with the flavors. But great at the price.

About that truffle

Received two big beautiful black truffles within 24 hours of my order. However there was little flavor to it, unlike what I experienced a few years back in Italy. Had to add quite a bit of truffle oil to my risotto to perk the flavor up.

Looks great flavor very subtle adding the truffle butter helps.
