FIRST TIME I HAVE TRIED THE PORCINI MUSHROOM SAUCE AND IT WAS A TOTAL HIT WITH MY GUESTS. I’LL BE ORDERING IT AGAIN VERY SOON.

This white truffle was absolutely delicious. The flavor is delicate and really adds to a simple pasta dish. And the service from Urbani was awesome. My order arrived quickly and in perfect condition.

I purchased Kaluga Caviar this year again from Urbani Truffles. I picked it up at the NYC store. And again the service was wonderful - courteous, unproblematic and quick. Very happy - my white truffle arrived in two days, so intelligently packaged - kept cold, with plenty room to breathe. Texture was perfect for shaving, Pasta was memorably delicious. A totally worth-it indulgence.
