Not as flavorful as expected, though. Surprising because when we opened the box, the aroma was amazing. We waited two days to use.
This white truffle was absolutely delicious. The flavor is delicate and really adds to a simple pasta dish. And the service from Urbani was awesome. My order arrived quickly and in perfect condition.
We have ordered these before and they have been dry and flavorless. These were fresh and flavorful.

I purchased Kaluga Caviar this year again from Urbani Truffles. I picked it up at the NYC store. And again the service was wonderful - courteous, unproblematic and quick.
