How to use it

For the best flavor, serve fresh truffles at room temperature. Remove the quantity you plan to use from the refrigerator at least 15 minutes before serving.

Black Summer truffles can be shaved using a truffle shaver, microplane®, or mandolin set to the thinnest possible setting.

How to clean it

It's natural for truffles to develop a bit of mold. Simply brush it off gently with a soft brush. Avoid washing your truffles.

How to store it

To maintain the quality of your fresh truffles, follow these steps immediately upon receiving them:

• Wrap: Enclose the truffles in clean, dry paper towels.
• Contain: Place the wrapped truffles in an airtight container.
• Refrigerate: Store in the refrigerator at 34°–36°F.
• Daily Maintenance: Replace the paper towels daily to maintain optimal freshness.

We recommend enjoying your truffles within 5–7 days of arrival, provided they are stored properly. Please keep in mind that truffles have a naturally short shelf life.
