Everything is better with truffle oil, esp. these chips. I'd expect to see these paired with a great sandwich at a restaurant. I probably will not buy for home, but would splurge for chips while out.

The first time I made Truffle Mac&Cheese was a couple decades ago. I’d purchased the cheese from a local outdoor market in a teeny town near Assisi, in Umbria. And it was revelatory! These days, older and lazier, I’m much more likely to sliver the sheep’s milk wedge and eat it as is, with a glass of Nebbiolo. Either way, this cheese is soul-satisfying.

I love these truffled cashews! I was concerned they might knock me in the face with their truffleness (no, not a word), but I was surprised and delighted by the gentle truffle flavor. Tasty and indulgent.

I order every fall and look forward to adding it to something new each year.
